I designed and built Amplify-Knowledge, a Claude-based knowledge and delivery system that keeps itself current with every product release. Over 50 colleagues use it, and it improved delivery by a further 50–70%.

Can local open-weight models safely take over mechanical AI work? I ran a structured evaluation of 19 model configurations and several agent harnesses, and applied the same pattern to an "AI factory" for coding and customer engagement.

A 2-week POC automating Telethon Kids Institute's monthly ORIGINS reporting turned into a multi-year partnership and the foundation of the institute's Data and Analytics Platform.

Arc Infrastructure's in-house monitoring product was replaced with a real-time pipeline. Level-crossing sensor data flows from collectors to TimescaleDB, an Azure medallion architecture and a live Power BI status and alarm report.

The short story
I started in geophysics, spending eight years at Baker Hughes reading real-time drilling and wireline data in Egypt and Australia, where one good call could save a well. That taught me to trust data only when it is checked, and to act on it fast.
Doctoral research in formation evaluation took me into Python and machine learning. Then came data engineering and consulting at DataDivers, delivering Snowflake, Azure and Power BI platforms for health, rail, finance and government clients.
